Profile

Gabby focuses her practice in cybersecurity and data privacy, handling incident response matters and data related regulatory requirements. She also advises clients on business transactions and corporate matters, as well as representing them throughout litigation and disputes.

After graduating cum laude from The Ohio State University, Gabby went on to complete her J.D. and earn her Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Certificate from Cleveland State University School of Law (formerly Cleveland-Marshall College of Law), where she graduated cum laude.

Gabby has extensive writing and research experience having served as Research Editor of CSU’s Journal of Law and Health, where she worked directly with associates on drafting, researching and editing their Notes for publication. Additionally, as a member of the Moot Court team, Gabby competed in the National Child Welfare & Adoption Law Competition, where she and her teammates brought home Third Place Brief and Third Place Overall trophies. While in law school, Gabby held multiple leadership roles, including serving as a student Senator on the Student Bar Association for two years, where she earned her roles as the Election Committee Chair, Health and Wellness Committee Chair, Programming Committee Co-Chair, and member of the Dean’s Admissions Committee. Her time as a Senator earned her the distinction of Senator of the Year during her final year of law school. Gabby also was a member of CSU’s Trial Advocacy Team, where her and her teammates made it to the semi-finals at AAJ Nationals. Gabby earned her CALI Excellence for the Future award for her outstanding performance in Constitutional Law, which earned her the Federal Bar Association Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law.

One of Gabby’s most important roles in law school was being a Founder and President of the CyberLaw Society—a student organization dedicated to educating both students and the general community on data compliance, and safe cyber practices. This role allowed her to work closely with many Cybersecurity professionals, both local and federal, and helped plan CSU’s annual Cybersecurity and Data Privacy conference.
