Gehann is a senior projects lawyer specialising in the structuring, documentation and financing of major projects. He has a diverse practice acting for developers, borrowers, syndicators, investment institutions, the four major banks and mid-tier lenders on a wide range of projects. He has a particular focus on real estate, construction and infrastructure projects. He provides a conception to fruition service in relation to major projects.

Gehann has advised the State, statutory bodies, financiers, investors and developers on real estate and infrastructure projects.

Gehann has significant experience in drafting and negotiating development agreements, service agreements, finance procurement agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements for projects.

Gehann also acts for lenders and borrowers in respect of multi-lender and corporate finance transactions and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors' company directors course.
