Dr. Song specializes in IP litigation. In particular, he has extensive experience in patent and trade secret disputes in various technical fields including semiconductor, computer engineering, telecommunications, and life sciences. Dr. Song has represented Intel, Amazon, Apple, Pacific Biosciences, A.O. Smith, etc. in multiple complicated IP disputes.

Before joining Han Kun, Dr. Song was partner with JunHe LLP and Fangda Partners.

Dr. Song is recognized as a top patent professional by IAM Patent 1000.
