Profile
Hari is an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2015 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in August 2016. He is currently a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department.

Hari’s work covers a variety of complex commercial disputes. These range from general contractual and shareholder disputes to intellectual property, trust, and commercial fraud litigation. He has amassed considerable experience both in trials before the High Court and in appeals before the Court of Appeal.

He has a deep passion for advocacy. As a student, Hari represented the National University of Singapore in the International Criminal Court Moot Competition in The Hague, where he was awarded the best Victims’ Legal Representative and the Best Oralist for Preliminary Rounds. As a practitioner, he has argued several interlocutory applications and conducted cross-examination before the High Court.

Hari combines his passion for developing complex legal arguments with his ability to build a strong rapport with his clients: this way, his clients’ interests are advanced in the best way possible.

Hari is also a firm believer of using his legal skills to help the underprivileged. He actively takes on pro bono cases under the auspices of the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme and the Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics. He also attends legal clinics organised by the Legal Aid Bureau where he renders legal advice on a pro bono basis to members of the public caught in legal troubles.

Hari is fluent in English and French, and conversant in Hindi and Telugu.
