Horacio Sánchez Pangrazio is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (2013) with a Master's Degree in Tax Consulting from the University of Navarra, Spain (2018) and is currently pursuing a degree in accounting at the Autonomous University of Asunción. In addition, he teaches university teaching in the Tax Law department, at the Faculty of Legal and Diplomatic Sciences of the Nuestra Señora de la Asunción Catholic University.

Horacio has extensive experience in tax advice, especially in international taxation. He has worked as a tax advisor in both foreign firms (Madrid, Spain) and local firms, participating in complex operations in various areas of the economy. He also has a lot of experience in the application of agreements to avoid double taxation and is certified by the SET as an authorized analyst to issue technical transfer pricing studies.
