Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhong practiced for several years with King & Wood Mallesons and another well-known PRC firm. Ms. Zhong mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Ms. Zhong is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and handling post-closing and general corporate compliance matters. Ms. Zhong has broad experience in industries including healthcare, TMT, consumer goods, and entertainment.
