Ilaria Laureti is a partner in the Banking & Finance department but between 2008 and 2009 she worked as an associate in the Law Firm’s London office for the Capital Markets department.
She assisted clients in financing transactions for real estate or corporate acquisitions (also by means of public tender offers). She was involved in securitisations regarding real estate, leasing and health care receivables. She has also contributed to the drafting of prospectuses for offers of financial instruments in Italy and for public tender offers of bonds in the context of corporate restructurings.

She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.

Education
In 2003 she graduated in Law maxima cum laude from Bocconi University in Milan.

In 2007 she was seconded at the structured finance department – ABS of the London headquarter of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.
