Imran Naeemullah is a real estate attorney who advises institutional investors and landowners (including real estate investment trusts, insurance companies, pension funds and private equity investors) and others in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, hotel and resort properties, commercial projects (including condominium development), leasing, finance and other real estate matters. He has represented clients located across the United States and internationally in matters involving:
