Irfaan Bhayat is a Consultant at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice. 

Irfaan specialises in cross-border and equity finance, including, asset and leveraged finance, structured trade and commodity finance and other general debt financing transactions.

His experience includes advising on project financings, structured trade financings, such as borrowing base facilities, pre-export finance facilities and post-shipment advance facilities. He also has experience in corporate lending transactions.

In addition, Irfaan is also experienced in dispute resolution, wills and estates and family law and has advised clients in the private, corporate and public sectors and/or industries.
