Keith Windle's primary areas of practice include real estate development and finance, commercial lending (including asset-based lending), commercial foreclosures, retail property leasing, and low-income housing investment and development.
While maintaining a general real estate practice, Keith has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to representing developers, lenders and investors involved in low-income housing tax credit projects and market-rate multi-family housing transactions. He also regularly represents banks and financial institutions in connection with the disposition of distressed loans and other assets, including note sales, property sales and foreclosures.
Keith previously served as general counsel for LIV Development, a multi-family apartment developer headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
