While the majority of his practice involves general real estate for national clients, Jack Kubiszyn also represents developers, borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions, as well as landlord and tenants in leasing matters. Jack has been active in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, retail shopping centers and multifamily apartments across the Southeast. His experience in these areas protects his clients’ interests and helps them avoid the pitfalls, including litigation, that can result from failure to have proper representation.

Jack is a frequent speaker at seminars on topics such as real estate contracts, title insurance and boundary line disputes, and he has authored numerous articles on real estate related matters.
