Profile
Jack Tucker is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Before joining Bradley, Jack served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Andrew L. Brasher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review. He was also a recipient of the Karsh-Dillard Scholarship, the school’s premier merit scholarship. While in law school, Jack honed his advocacy skills as a law clerk for a litigation boutique in Arlington, VA, and the Solicitor General’s Division of the Alabama Attorney General’s Office. In those roles, he prepared appeals before various federal courts and developed legal arguments for litigation in trial courts.
Prior to law school, Jack earned a B.S. (summa cum laude) in Economics from North Carolina State University. He was a recipient of the Park Scholarship, based on outstanding accomplishments and potential in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. As a Park Scholar, he completed an executive-style leadership training program and volunteered with organizations serving disadvantaged communities in North Carolina.
