Intellectual property and patent prosecution assistance

Jaden Knosher focuses on domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution. Her experience includes:

• Preparing and filing domestic and international patent, design and trademark applications

• Preparing information disclosure statements and USPTO documents
• Coordinating the legalization of formal documents for foreign filings
• Preparing portfolio reports for clients
• Extensive docketing and communication with international associates on details regarding the filing status

Jaden believes minimizing risk for the client is a top priority. This can be accomplished through meticulous staff training and the fostering of continuing legal education to create a solid working foundation.
