Jarett represents institutional investors in connection with appraisal proceedings, securities litigation, and complex commercial disputes. He concentrates his practice on representing hedge funds and other professional investors in disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and securities fraud.

Jarett is appreciated for his ability to keep litigation and other matters on track and progressing toward resolution. He assists in managing all aspects of litigation, ensures that critical milestones are met, and keeps clients informed throughout. Jarett has also been involved in deposition preparation and case analysis.

He is a contributing author to the firm’s Appraisal Rights Litigation Blog, which is devoted to educating investors about how appraisal litigation can enhance their returns in M&A deals.

Prior to joining the firm, Jarett served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Allison E. Accurso of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
