Jennifer McGahey is a litigation partner with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. She represents clients of all sizes – from large Fortune 500 companies to small family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations – in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, healthcare, retail, and natural resources. Jennifer particularly enjoys partnering with her clients to address creatively and efficiently the many challenges of multi-forum, multifaceted litigation. In this vein, Jennifer currently serves as national counsel for one of the largest chain pharmacies in opioid-related litigation and investigative proceedings throughout the United States. In addition to serving as trial counsel in complex matters, Jennifer has significant experience collaborating with joint defense groups and leading teams across Bradley’s platform to handle high volume, fast-paced discovery in high-stakes matters.
Jennifer is also active within the Firm and in the community. She currently serves on the Firm’s Growth and Expansion committee and is the former chair of the Firm’s Recruiting Committee.
