Jennifer Sloop leads the firm's legal recruiting department, supporting the firm's growth while maintaining and strengthening its culture, diversity and quality standards.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting and administration at large international law firms. At her previous firm, she led the US-wide lateral lawyer, law student and Business Professional recruitment programs. She built an emerging talent team to advance law student and entry-level lawyer attraction and retention. In prior roles, Jennifer gained broad experience in law firm management and administration and launched a legal professional development team.
