Complex commercial contracts and agreements guidance

Jianfei Chen focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial contracts, including technology agreements such as SaaS and software license agreements, NDAs and sponsorship agreements. He has also reviewed terms and conditions of major service providers to ensure internal compliance and advised on various contract issues such as language interpretation and remedy.
