WSG Coronavirus Task Force GroupJohanna Jumper represents developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions including real estate acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing; closing of new loans and loan assumptions; workouts and foreclosures; and retail, office and industrial leasing. She also has served equity investors in the purchase, reorganization and sale of distressed assets. In her leasing and developments practices, Johanna negotiates agreements reflecting the diverse priorities of franchise, landlord and franchisor interests, achieving a balance between those competing interests and the efficient timeframes required to bring those deals together.
Johanna is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations (Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law). She also belongs to the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Tennessee Association of Realtors Commercial Forms Committee.
Johanna received her law degree in 2004 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she was a member of the University of Tennessee Law Review editorial board.
