Responsive, detail-driven franchise litigation counsel

Jon Labukas possesses significant and wide-ranging experience in both the franchise and motor vehicle industries. Representing franchisors, distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), automotive and other manufacturers, he focuses his practice on:

  • Franchise and distribution dispute resolution and litigation, including class actions.
  • Counseling automotive industry clients.
  • Managing complex electronic discovery.

Jon serves as a trusted adviser to his clients, working closely with them to develop creative strategies and solutions with a keen eye toward achieving their core business objectives. Clients have come to rely on the combination of responsiveness and attention to detail that enables Jon to uncover salient facts and arguments and leverage them for creative legal solutions.

Jon serves as vice chair of the firm's Franchise Practice Group. He is also the pro bono coordinator for the Washington office, managing and providing legal assistance to underprivileged and underrepresented individuals within the community.
