Profile

Joseph Mansilla is a litigation associate who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex matters, including antitrust claims, business and commercial disputes, and white-collar criminal investigations.

Joseph has a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as a teaching assistant for his antitrust professor and as a research assistant for an international law professor. He was a legal intern at AT&T and SAS Institute during his law school summers, working on projects involving arbitration, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Before law school, Joseph spent over four years at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., where he worked on Open Government projects and was part of a team in a $100 million grant operation to address sex- and gender-based violence in Africa. He was hired by the World Bank for his work on youth-led grassroots advocacy efforts in his home island of Mindanao in the Philippines, focusing on social accountability and conflict resolution.
