Joshua Chircop is an Associate in the corporate and insurance practice groups of the firm.

He advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions. Joshua also assists in a number of insurance and reinsurance advisory, regulatory and compliance matters. He is also actively involved in the setting up and structuring of trusts, foundations and other organisations.
