He has experience working for family offices, finance institutions, consulting firms and legal services firms, having participated in the structuring and legal analysis of investment and disinvestment strategies in companies from different economic sectors, such as technology, e-commerce and digital services. Has participated in asset purchase and M&A transactions valued at more than US 500 million and in the structuring of investment rounds for start-ups both in Colombia and LATAM.

As part of the Corporate team, he has advised clients structuring, negotiating and managing commercial agreements, as well as designing and implementing investment vehicles in Colombia.

Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Graduated with distinction of the master’s in laws (LL.M) in international business law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
