He has represented numerous high-profile investment institutions and fast-growing enterprises.
Mr. Chung has accumulated extensive experience in the areas of fund-raising, investment, management, and withdrawal. He excels at assisting financial and strategic investors to realize their business objectives while controlling legal risks. He is also familiar with the various stages of development of startups and their potential legal issues to provide practical solutions.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Chung served in well-known law firms and one of the top internet companies in China.
