Katie Fish is a member of Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. She counsels lenders in real estate-backed commercial finance transactions and buyers, sellers, and governmental entities in various real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions and easement negotiations.

Katie also has provided counsel in right-of-way acquisitions, condemnations, and closing transactions for a large government agency and counties and municipalities across Georgia. She has significant experience in title review and clearance and survey review.
