Kathryn Moore works with healthcare companies and providers on an array of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. She regularly assists with healthcare transactions for a multitude of provider types, as well as advises clients on compliance with state and federal laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and corporate practice of medicine doctrine.

Kathryn graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude from the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi.
