Katie focuses her practice on real estate financing and development. She has experience representing lenders in the financing, refinancing, and development of HUD insured multifamily and senior housing projects located throughout the United States, as either market rate or affordable housing often utilizing a variety of financing sources and structures, including low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds. She also represents lenders in connection with short-term bridge loans.
