Kevin Markman is an Executive at ENSafrica in the Corporate Commercial department. He specialises in M&A, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, corporate finance, empowerment ventures, stock exchange, securities transactions, as well as gaming and gambling related transactions, capital markets, private equity, and JSE/TRP/Regulatory work.
