Profile

Kirsi Kannaste focuses on dispute resolution and competition law assignments. Kirsi represents domestic and international clients in both general court litigation and disputes heard before arbitration tribunals. Her arbitration experience includes cases heard under the arbitration rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ad hoc arbitration disputes litigated under the rules of the Finnish Arbitration Act. Kirsi also advises clients in connection with the competition law analysis of their business activities and in assignments heard before competition authorities and the Finnish Market Court. She has worked on secondment for a leading law firm in New York City.

Kirsi is currently on maternity leave of absence.
