Knud Jacob Knudsen specialises in international arbitration, dispute resolution and construction law.

Knud has extensive experience with dispute resolution concerning construction projects, as well as other commercial disputes, such as post-M&A disputes, company law disputes and negligence claims against boards of directors. He has argued a large number of court cases, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.

Knud has also acted as counsel in several national and international arbitration cases, and has argued cases under ICC, NOMA, UNCITRAL and SCC rules. He also sits as abitrator in both national and international arbitration cases.
