Paralegal

Linda Lupien is a paralegal and works in the area of financing. She prepares letters of offer, movable hypothecs, and other real estate contracts.

Ms. Lupien looks after mortgage registrations and postponements in the Register of personal and movable real rights (RPMRR) and the registration of securities in the system of registration. She also helps prepare legal opinions.

Ms. Lupien does searches in the RPMRR, the security registration system (section 427 of the Bank Act), and the Registraire des entreprises - and then analyzes the results.
