Lisa Carls has worked with immigration clients in many industries, managing high-volume caseloads of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. In addition to helping with immigration regulation compliance and coordinating all stages of the PERM process, she has experience:

• Drafting and submitting government responses to request for evidence notifications issued by the USCIS.
• Proactively managing visa extension cases, visa stamping and permanent residency requirements.
• Training staff on immigration procedures and case management.
• Using Law Logix immigration software for reporting and deadline management.
