A member of Waller’s Finance and Restructuring practice, Seo Kyong (Lisa) Kim assists debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees and others in bankruptcies, receiverships, out-of-court workouts, Section 363 sales, debtor-in-possession and exit financings and related litigation.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Lisa worked in marketing and brand strategy for 4 years for Samsung Electronics in Suwon, South Korea.
