Luis specialises in corporate tax with a focus on domestic and cross-border transactions.

His experience includes advising clients in the private equity, real estate, renewable energy, banking and financial services sectors on domestic and international tax implications applicable to funding transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructures/reorganisations.

In addition, Luis is also experienced in energy tax and has advised clients in various sectors on energy tax-related incentives.
