Luxolo Muthwa is an Associate at ENS in the Mine and Occupational Health and Safety practice.

Luxolo specialises in the investigation of Mine related accidents in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 (MHSA) and the representation of clients in inquiries constituted in terms of that legislation. 

His experience includes advising on legally required appointments in terms of the MHSA and the Regulations binding thereunder. 

In addition, Luxolo is also experienced in industrial dispute resolution and has advised clients in the mining, construction and public sectors and/or industries.
