Maddie Lynn's practice is focused on real estate and land use, specifically acquisitions and development, as well as the buying, selling and leasing of commercial properties. Her experience includes drafting purchase and sale agreements, title objection letters, declarations, easements, restrictive covenant agreements, and closing documents. Maddie also reviews commercial titles, surveys, zoning reports, leases, and lease agreements, and assists with real estate matters related to private equity acquisitions.
