Maeve is an Associate in the Commercial Team at Shoosmiths. Maeve advises on a range of commercial matters across different sectors and has experience advising on a variety of commercial contracts, including in relation to the supply or procurement of goods and services, licensing and distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements, influencer agreements and social media prize draw T&Cs.

 

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2019, Maeve has spent time on secondment with two clients (both in the retail industry), as a result of her experience in-house, Maeve understands the commercial drivers of clients' decisions and is able to provide tailored commercial advice.
