Profile
Manish is a Partner working with the Gurgaon office of the Firm. He has more than a decade of experience in diverse areas of law. His practice areas include projects & energy, dispute resolution, litigation, white collar crime matters, general corporate commercial, transactional and advisory work.
Over the past few years, the main thrust of his practice has been dispute resolution and litigation pertaining to infrastructure and construction projects such as highways, metro projects, power projects, pipelines, water projects, railways, etc. Manish has been involved in complex and high value arbitration (both domestic and international) and litigation in this sector. He is adept at putting forth the clients' case before the arbitral tribunals / courts in the most concise and articulate manner so as to obtain the best possible results.

On the corporate advisory side, Manish has been advising infrastructure clients in structuring of their joint ventures, incorporating SPVs, drafting of EPC contracts, O&M contracts and other project related documents. On the Government side, he has been involved in drafting of bid documents including RFQs, RFPs, Concession Agreements, GCC, SCC, etc.

Manish's hands-on approach and comprehensive experience in the domain gives him a broader perspective of the issues involved in the assignments taken up by him and makes him a pillar of strength for the Infrastructure Practice of the Firm.

Manish has also been regularly advising and assisting several large multinational & domestic clients from various other sectors such as oil & gas, real estate, pharmaceuticals, education, aviation, consumer goods, information technology, telecommunication, banking, insurance, etc. on a wide spectrum of matters including dispute resolution, litigation, white collar crime matters, general corporate commercial, transactional and advisory work.

Manish has been recognized as the "Next Generation Lawyer" by Legal 500 in November 2016 for: (1) Projects & Energy; and (2) Dispute Resolution.
