Ms. Zimmerman is an Attorney in the Firm’s Denver office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Ms. Zimmerman focuses on commercial transactions and general corporate counseling and has experience on a broad variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private financing, entity formation, and corporate governance.

Ms. Zimmerman also works with the Real Estate Group on both commercial and residential matters, focusing on commercial leasing and acquisitions.
