Associate

Marie-Claude Côté is a member of the firm?s Business Law Group and focuses her practice on transactional and commercial law, and more specifically on securities law.

Prior to joining Lavery, her passion for business law led her to work for a major body responsible for capital market regulation and oversight, where she developed her skills in the field of securities. Her experience in commercial litigation has also led her to develop strong negotiation skills. Ms. Côté obtained a citation for her academic results at the University of California where she successfully completed an introductory program in American law.
