Profile
Mary O’Kelley focuses her practice on long term care transactions, including financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of long term care and senior housing facilities. In particular, she represents national healthcare lenders in origination and servicing of balance sheet, bridge-to-agency and mezzanine loans, loan sales, and warehouse credit facilities for HUD and bridge lending platforms. Mary also represents owners, operators and developers of healthcare facilities, as well as investors in other real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining Bradley, Mary practiced at a large regional law firm in Chattanooga and a national firm in Atlanta, where she acted as counsel to numerous national lending institutions and loan servicers in loan originations, securitizations and post-securitization master and special servicing CMBS transactions. In addition, she has significant experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, loan modifications and defaulted loan workouts.
