Profile

Megan Frothingham is an Associate in the Firm's Trusts & Estates department. Ms. Frothingham represents individuals, families, and fiduciaries in a broad range of estate and tax planning matters, including inter-generational estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, guardianship proceedings, and planning for charitable giving.

Ms. Frothingham joined the Firm as an associate in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Frothingham interned for the Honorable Michael M. Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Frothingham and a classmate participated in and won the 2012 Transactional LawMeet, a national drafting and negotiation competition for law students. Ms. Frothingham also worked at the law school’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, where she provided transactional legal services to individual and non-profit clients in need of assistance with drafting agreements, business strategy, negotiations, and succession planning. In addition, she served as Managing Director for the law school’s largest pro bono project and as Teaching Assistant for criminal law professor Paul H. Robinson.
