Meghna Parikh is a transactional and regulatory health care attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.  Ms. Parikh focuses her practice on representing health care entities on legal and operational issues and regulatory compliance.

In her healthcare practice, Ms. Parikh represents the full spectrum of health care providers, from hospitals, medical groups, urgent care facilities, to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living centers, residential treatment centers and home health and hospice providers. Her clients include entrepreneurs working to build the future of health care in a continuously shifting regulatory landscape, including companies engaged in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, patient engagement, pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine.

Prior to joining Buchalter, she has worked for a national telehealth provider, a genetic research and laboratory company, a well-respected community hospital chain and a nationally acclaimed post-acute operator. There, Ms. Parikh advised executives and business teams on legal or regulatory risk, developed right-sized compliance programs for health care product development, launch and commercialization, and revenue strategies with payors including alternative payment models and population health.
