Michelle focuses his practice on personal injury and toxic tort litigation.

With a background synthesizing complex civil, criminal, and regulatory actions, and conducting factual investigations, Michelle advises clients regarding product liability, mass tort, and energy litigation related matters. He has experience with NAESB contract interpretation issues, scope of casualty to real property amid global pandemics, special relationships between insureds and insurers, the limits of a bankruptcy court’s authority to compel arbitration of adversary proceedings, arbitration appellate standards of review, and choice-of-law issues.

Dennis in the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Michelle also earned the Cullen R. Liskow Award for Outstanding Performance in Oil & Gas Law and received the Dean Donald R.
