Mike Stephens is an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group, focusing primarily on commercial litigation. Mike has experience assisting the firm’s clients with a wide range of legal issues in both state and federal court, including contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and other business torts.

Mike received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and as a board member for the Wake Forest Moot Court. He also earned a B.A. in Political Science (magna cum laude) from Clemson University.
