Paralegal

Nadine Giguère has been a paralegal since 2002 and has many years of experience in large law firms. She is a member of the Business Law group and specializes in real estate law.

As part of her duties, she conducts searches in the Land Register of Québec, the Public Register of Real and Immovable Mining Rights of Québec and the Register of the domain of the State, and at other provincial and municipal agencies. She prepares draft reports on these searches, assists in the drafting of title reports and conducts all related verifications.

She also assists in the drafting of documents for publication in the Land Register of Québec.
