Natalie Bryans is a member of Buchalter’s Labor and Employment practice group in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Bryans represents both public and private employers in litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. In addition, Ms. Bryans advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues including personnel policies and employee handbooks, discipline, terminations, protected employment classes, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Bryans practiced at a firm in Columbus, Ohio, where she represented clients in state and federal court in contract, employment, trademark, and insurance defense matters. She also served as outside associate general counsel to a national labor organization and contributed to multiple amicus curiae briefs in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
