Profile
Natasha is a senior associate in the real estate team in Nottingham. She has experience across multiple areas of non-contentious property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, asset management work and refinancing. Natasha works on transactions across a range of sectors including retail and hospitality, investment and petroleum.
Her recent work includes:
- acting on a multi million portfolio swap project for a large petroleum client;
- working with a household national health and beauty retailer in respect of its retail portfolio;
- assisting in the acquisition of a multi let retail and leisure park; and
- acting for a lender in relation to the funding of the development of student accommodation across multiple sites.
Natasha joined the firm in 2021 after having previously worked at Freeths LLP and Geldards LLP.
