Nathan is an Associate in our corporate division, based in the Thames Valley office. He advises on corporate matters both national and international, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and share capital maintenance.

 

Nathan acts for clients across a wide range of sectors including financial services, living, mobility, retail & consumer and technology. 

Nathan’s recent experience includes advising:

• Reliance Brands on its joint venture with Superdry in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh 

• Lloyds Development Capital on their MBO and investment into the Message Direct group, a call answering service provider

• RAC on the acquisition of a leading driving theory app from Latvian based developers

• NVM (as well as other selling shareholders) on the exit from Pareto Facilities Management to Pictet Private Equity

• the selling shareholders of GovGrant on their sale to US buyer Source Advisors

• InHealth on their market-leading joint venture with C7 Health, TAC Healthcare Limited

• Chevron Traffic Management on the bolt-on acquisitions of Shift Traffic Events and Herts Traffic Management

• Treun Capital on its investments into global technology firm Amulet Hotkey and property consultants Cluttons LLP

• Dukes Education on the acquisitions of the Hove Village Nursery group and Notting Hill group
