Nessa is an associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a range of corporate, banking and finance matters as well as advising investment funds on transactional, financing and compliance matters.

Nessa is also part of Carey Olsen's fintech and digital assets practice.

Significant Accomplishments
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Nessa was with Matheson LLP in Dublin where she gained experience advising on a variety of leveraged finance, fund finance, refinancings and general banking transactions. Nessa graduated with a first class honours bachelor's degree in Law with History from University College Dublin. Nessa was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society of Ireland in 2019, as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2022 and as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2023.
