Nicholas Fedewa is an Attorney in the Firm’s Denver office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Mr. Fedewa has extensive experience in the realm of capital markets financing deals. He assists clients with drafting prospectuses, offering memoranda, and offering circulars, providing crucial legal expertise in these complex financial transactions. With a deep understanding of US Rule 144A and Regulation S, Mr. Fedewa also assists in capital markets financing deals.

As General Counsel and Owner/Operator of two Urban Air Adventure Parks in Arizona, Mr. Fedewa has experience handling litigation matters, contracts, and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safeguarding the interests of clients and corporations.
